About Bailey

With over a decade of experience at the intersection of accessibility, education, and social impact, I lead strategic design initiatives that help organizations translate complex systems into inclusive, usable tools. As Director of Human-Centered Design & Strategy at A2J Tech, I work with nonprofits and legal services partners to create digital solutions that empower people and communities.

My career began in public education, where I led efforts in curriculum development, staff mentorship, and technology integration. Today, education remains a core part of my professional life as a faculty member at Moore College of Art & Design, the first and only historically women’s art and design college in the United States.
